I have been ask a few times about covering the landing gear, specifically the transition around the axle reinforcements. You will see in the pictures below how we do it at the factory. This allows for clean looking landing gear leg when it is completed. You should use PolyTak and glue the fabric to the reinforcements and the tubing close to the braces. Allow the PolyTak to completely dry before shrinking the fabric, otherwise it may pull away from the reinforcements.
