    Default Exploring the "Channeled Scablands"

The lower-elevation terrain of eastern Washington State looks boring on the chart -- but it is anything but boring from the air, especially from Cub altitudes. It's called the "Channeled Scablands," hundreds of square miles of unique terrain features carved by the cataclysmic floods of prehistoric Lake Missoula.

    See http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Channeled_Scablands.

I spent some time this past weekend exploring the area, and posted photos here:

Anything can look neat from the air! Next time you come through, if its on a weekend let me know. If there is a cub available maybe I can do some exploring with you!
