    I got to fly around that area again a few weeks ago and was actually quite impressed what the S2 could do. Some of the guys in the Carbon Cubs and 180 Super Cubs could go a bit faster, but I had no problems in the strips we went to (Sulpher Creek, Cabin Creek) or climbing to get over any of the ridges we wanted to.

    Great stuff!!! Where and how is the camera mounted? Also, what type of camera are you using?

    I have a mount that was custom machined to fit around the strut (the one with the flat spot you know), and I have a Drift Innovations Stealth HD170 camera - works great, a little of a fish eye, and not much sound (built for sports) no vibration and I love the remote for starting and stopping the video - you do have to turn it on BEFORE you take off.

    hope this helps. i also use the tube mount that came with the camera for inside the cockpit... er I mean box office... er i mean flight deck.
