    Default Seizing Spring

    If spring won't finally appear, then we just have to go out and make the best of what we have. Today we assembled a three-ship squadron -- my Sport Cub S2, a PA-12 and a PA-20 -- for a breakfast and reconnaissance mission along the Oregon coast.

    Jeff, I've always loved your photos, but I think the coast recon is one of my favorites. That is awesome! I might still it for my desktop That shortwing looks familiar too!

    210 hours now. I can't say enough about the improvement the new composite prop made over the wood prop. 10 mph faster (50" pitch), same or better climb, smoother and quieter. Wow!
