    I think the folks at Adelaide Biplanes (Australia) may have you guys beat-Last I heard they were they were getting close to 1000 hours if I recall correctly.

    Last time I talked to the folks down at Twin Oaks their Sport Cub was really racking up the hours too. That was about 5 months ago. It wouldn't surprise me if they are in the 700 hour ish range...

    Geo - it ended up being a broken cross brace (the long one from training edge to leading edge). We sent it back to factory to uncover, weld, recover and repaint. The way you can find it is by tapping on the fabric in that area where the angled brace attaches at the front of the elevator. Back on and flying....CC did an excellent recover and repaint....looks like new. One photo shows new uncovered horizontal stabilizer and other photo shows where cross brace was broken. Jon
