    Figured that was you when he said Pete.Wonder why cubcrafter hard mounted it to gasculator begin with?

    We've not had issues plumbing them right on to the gaskolator, though I know it is not recomended to to it that way. It simplifies the installation....

    Has anyone tried using the fixed position cowl vents like used on the FX models? I was thinking maybe less drag and providing easier access to some of the engine for inspection and maintenance? Gary
