Attended a Rainbow Aviation LSA Repairman - Inspection course this weekend. Achieved my license to do the condition inspections on our SS E-LSA. Clyde Poser, A&P and retired Hawaiian Airline captain, did an excellent job covering the required subjects.
Mosaic is a concern if LSA aircraft will include retracts and controllable props. The training requirements for owners doing their maintenance may radically change. General consensus is we will be ‘grandfathered’ if inspection training is changed.
