    Default Touring US via SS

    Spent 6 weeks earlier this summer flying a new SS LSA from Oregon to Michigan to Alabama - 4,300 miles, 14 states, 4 aviation museums. Wonderful trip low and slow, awesome aircraft! Biggest change from when I used to airplane camp in my Luscombe years ago is the 180 hp and XmSirius - both very nice additions.

    That sounds like an amazing trip! Flying low and slow with a new SS LSA must’ve been an incredible experience. The 180 hp engine and XM Sirius are definitely great upgrades for making long flights more enjoyable.
