Question Challenger Aviation Products Reusable Oil Filters?

I will be taking delivery of a new EX-3 in a couple months time and I have been looking into what maintenance supplies I will need to keep on hand. While reading online, I came across Challenger Aviation Products that make reusable oil filters that are a compatible replacement of the Champion CH48108-01 used by Cub Crafters with the CC363i.

This would seem to reduce the cost and waste produced with oil changes as only the o-ring with needing to be replaced on condition. Has anyone tried these filters before?

I've used this before and like it. Most shops won't have the o-rings in stock or be familiar so if you aren't going to do your own oil changes I would recommend bringing a seal and the mfg instructions when you drop the plane off for service. Experimental installations only require changing the o-ring on condition, STC'd installations on certified aircraft requires the o-ring to be changed every time. They are cheap, easy to change.

Top of the list for my oil filter selection criteria would be knowing how well it filters compared to disposable filters. I could find no information on the manufacturer's web site.

I did find the claim that it gives higher oil flow rate. That gave me no confidence as the highest flow would be achieved with the least effective filter.

I had similar thoughts, but also considered the reusable mesh screen in the Challenger is quite a bit finer and more surface area than the oil screen used by Continental and Lycoming that thousands of engines have used and made TBO.
