    Default Spark plugs

The manual says gap to 0.032 to 0.040. Can I confirm the range is correct for DENSO IK27 5312 PLUGS in a 2022 CC363i?

According to Rock Auto new IK27 plugs are gapped at 0.8 mm (0.0315 inch but no tolerance specified).

    Lightspeed says this -

    "LSE Spark Plug Gap Specifications

Engines normally timed at 25 degrees BTDC:
These are typically engines with compression ratios less than 8.7:1. Gap spark plugs
fired by the CDI to .032", max wear limit is .040".

I ran my first set for 2 years in a 2020 FX-3 and the largest gap was 0.036 when I replaced them. Second set all under 0.035 after first year of use.

I doubt I'll ever run a set of IK27 plugs long enough that the gaps need to be changed.
