Build Question!
I'm a First Time Builder(EX3)and I am drilling and Clecoing the cap strip ("Reinforement") to the upper surface of the aft wing spar, before attaching the pulley bracket. One of the 38 #30 drill holes (using a drill stop, of course!) is directly over the upper aft rib rivet (HDW-SS/SS42D) of the #7 center rib securing the rib to the aft spar. I have the #30 hole drilled for the Cherry Max rivet but the Cherry Max will not seat in preparation for pulling due to the pre-existing rib rivet. (if you could see down the hole with the arrow in this photo you would see most of the shop end of the pulled pop rivet.) Anyone else have this occur and how do you deal with it?!
