    Default CKKM308 - Finish Manual, EX3 Kit Manual - Rev B Released

    The newest revision of the EX3 Finish Manual has been released and is available in the DropBox for the current EX3 Builders. Release notes are below for Rev B.

    Section 1-1: changed qty of 5/16 bullets from 4 to 8.
    Section 1-10: replaced figure to call out hardware for flap cone (IAW SK30000). Added text to safety bolts after flap has been installed.
    Section 1-17: added text and photo to show left forward panel tucked outboard of the fuselage tube at the firewall.
    Section 1-21: added text and photo to show right forward panel tucked outboard of the fuselage tube at the firewall.
    Section 2-8: updated figure to show correct bushing (SC15000-015 was SC15000-043).
    Section 2-15: updated text and figures to show installation of trim tab with AN530-4R4 screws instead of cherry rivets.
    Section 3-2: Removed reference to skylight for drilling trix nut holes. Revised text describing location of trix nut holes to include a 1/4" dimension from the edge of the flange.
    Section 3-9: updated figure to show that outboard section (L9) has 4 VG’s instead of 3.
    Section 4-1: added text to specify balance weights are on outboard end of ailerons
    Section 4-3: removed photos with incorrect rod end installation onto flap. Removed instruction to torque nut and safety wire the bolt. Updated figure in Section 4-3 to show correct installation of rod end onto flap (IAW PC32000).
    Section 4-7: revised callout for felt tape from VP4905-002 to RM1002-003
    Added Section 4-24 for the oil door installation on the upper cowl.
    Added Section 4-25 for assembling the cowl.
