Default FS: Goodyear 26 inch tires on Grove tubeless rims

Hi everyone. I had these on my Carbon Cub EX the first year and a half I flew it then switched over to bushwheels. They have since been stored in a cool dark spot.

Full disclosure, I had a bit of a mishap early on with these mounted. I had been playing around with the tire pressures and had had them as low as 8 psi with no problems on soft surfaces. Then, one day came in for a landing on a hard surface with a very strong gusty crosswind. I wasn't really worried but ended up needing to get into the right brake a bit on roll out to keep it straight and that was enough to blow the tire off the rim. In the end I got fairly lucky since the tire basically collapsed around the rim and took the brunt of the ensuing short skid. The rim did get a couple of small scuffs on the edge of the rim which I dressed out to a fine finish. This led to a little less than a sixteenth of an inch of material missing at the center of both repairs. When the tire is mounted you can barely see the repairs (last pic). The tire ended up with some scuffing on the sidewall that didn't even make it through the outer rubber surface. Those tires are TOUGH. Anyhow, got it all fixed and ran that setup for roughly a year before making the swap. No issues at all. Hindsight on this is not to run below 12 psi.

Otherwise these are in great shape. Brake disc are still very good. They are the cross drilled lightweight discs. Tires are showing 0.18 inch of depth at the wear dimples which is almost new depth. Rims are otherwise in great condition with no corrosion on paint issues. Bearings are smooth. I will include two replacement o rings for the center split on the wheels. For whatever reason these tend to swell. I think it's from the grease slinging out of the bearings inside the rim and seeping onto the inside face of the o-ring...well... that's my theory and I am sticking to it for lack of any other reasonable explanation.

Pictures try to show the damage from the blow out and the otherwise great condition of the set. New this set up would run roughly $4000 USD. I was hoping to get 1/2 price so $2000 USD which seems fair. They still have way more than 1/2 life left in them but they aren't perfect...

Buyer pays all incidental shipping and related costs. I will be happy to work with anyone interested to figure out the best way to get these to their new home.

    PM me if interested.
