Default Earth from Engine Mounts/Boot Cowl to Fuselage

In the first section of the EX2 Fuselage Manual (Page 11) there is a requirement to remove powder coat at the left top bolt housing on the fuselage to later enable an earth connection to the Firewall forward part of the aircraft.
I am at the point of final boot cowl fixing, however there is no further information or parts call to complete the earth connection to the forward section. I am aware of a braided earth connection further forward from the engine mount to engine itself and expected something similar.
What is the proposed method and what components are used?

Correct, you will want to be sure to remove the powder coat from both the engine mount and the fuse where they will meet. Also note that you will need to be sure and trim your black vinyl that goes on the inside of the firewall around that fuselage tab so that when you install the boot cowl, the vinyl will be out of the way and allow that tab (free of any powder coat) to meet metal to metal.

There are no other parts. The connection itself makes the ground when you bolt it together.

Thank you, your explanation makes perfect sense. The photograph (Pg 11) suggests that powder coat was to be removed further back on the fuse tubing rather than than where the two components meet as you describe. A case where photograph's can deceive.
