Re: Aft cylinders vs forward cylinders (spark plug condition)
Thanks Dan. I do the blackstone labs with each oil change, good results there. I did just replace the plugs. My A&P said he would just clean and use them and I said no, they're cheap in the grand scheme, I brought new ones and that's what's in it. I also wanted to learn how to replace them properly should I need to do it at some point. I was very fortunate to be allowed the owner assisted condition inspection where I did everything and it was a great learning experience. Between watching Daveembry's videos and the condition inspection, among what I've learned from peers, I continue to feel better and better about the plane and aircraft ownership.

Re: Aft cylinders vs forward cylinders (spark plug condition)
Great. And yes, the plugs are cheap (Rock Auto for me) so just replace them. I'm assuming that the 363 uses auto plugs like the 340.
So now you have a new baseline (sparkplugs) and I would pull them in XX hours and let us know how they look.
And good for you participating with the inspection. Life is all about learning.
Just a little teaser to provide some incentive.
