Default Orange sealant used between baffles and valve covers

Does anyone know the identity of the orange RTV-like sealant used where the engine baffles touch the valve covers?
(I'm thinking about replacing the original valve cover gaskets with new rubber gaskets, and will need to remove
    the rocker covers and baffles.)

    From the firewall forward manual:

Once the plenum/baffle system has been installed, you will start the baffle sealing process. At the factory we use: Permatex, High Temp RTV Silicone Gasket Maker.

Here is black that I use. Looks much better than the red I think.
