Is there a way to display fuel flow on the main page of the G3X Touch?

You can display fuel flow on the data bar across the top.

When G3X is booted up and in ready to fly mode, push the menu button twice to pull up the menu screen.

Select Setup

Display/Data bar

Scroll to the bottom and look for Data fields, then select which data bar position you want to change to fuel flow and select "fuel flow" from the options list.
