    Lightbulb LODA for training

TSquared educated me on this as I was discussing with him my desire to get an instructor just north of me to do more training and also need to figure out who is going to do my biennial mid 2022. Getting a LODA is fast and easy. Fill out the PDF and email it in. I got it returned, signed within hours.

Easy but a stupid waste of effort. I got both mine, to give and receive instruction, just a few days after this LODA fiasco was announced.

Getting the LODA to rent the FX-3 to provide instruction is a lot more complex. It was once on my wish list but I have crossed it off. I have no intention of competing with TAC Aero and I think I'd need to charge more than they do to justify the risk and the insurance cost.
