Default Damaged rear spar in NEW EX-3 kit

Does anyone know why Support isn't returning calls and emails?

I think it's only one person and he may have time off for Thanksgiving. I think you'll find Pete is very helpful when/if you can make contact.

I can understand the frustration though if you have damaged kit parts.

My most excellent Regional Rep Jeffery Baber just shared the Kit Support Help Desk option with me. That should do it!
    Thank you, Jeff.

    Thank you Andy,

Yes we are somewhat short staffed right now. Emails sometimes work better than a phone call even if it is describing the problem and requesting a call back. Allows us to respond more prepared.

    Kit support email; kitsupport@cubcrafters.com
    Production a/c support; support@cubcrafters.com
