One thing I did notice is that if you’re going to be spraying Aerothane you may want to go with a full face mask. The isocyanates are hydroscopic and will find your exposed skin and eyes.
The paint will be PPG as recommended by CC, but with EU references. US PPG paint products references are not available in Europe, apparently the rules are different. The dealer PPG Italy came to visit me yesterday. He tells me that the products he is going to provide me, PPG polyurethane based are less aggressive than the US references. But, I feel concerned by this problem. Aerothane or PPG Polyurethane looks equally dangerous to me, and I do have an excellent full-face mask. But I tried it and my problem are my glasses. I can’t fit my glasses in this mask and I can’t see anything. I have to find a solution to this problem. I'm looking for a full-face where I can fixe my glasses.

This is what I use. $45. And I wear glasses.

Be sure to get a pack of extra lens protectors.

Aircraft Spruce carries their products but I had a painting project in December and needed a new one. Spruce was out of stock and I bought direct from the link above.

The poison is produced when the two-part paint is catalyzed. With a water based system like Stewart’s it isn’t a problem because there is water in the paint. With any solvent-based system the isocayanates are hunting for H2O.

    Ho ! Nice !
It's an easy and cheap system !
Thank you, I'm looking for a similar one.

About out of stock parts, yes, it's becoming also here an acute problem.
Months of delays for stupid parts...

Yves, great progress and wonderful color choices.

A question for you about the second to the bottom picture; did you have a masking failure, or am I just seeing this wrong?

YELLOW is RAL 1028 "melon" and it's indeed very nice
    METALIC GREY is RAL 9006

No masking failure. What you see is the bottom of a little personalisation I designed in 2D and that is still to be painted.
