2007 Sport Cub fuse holders replaced with 3 aviation 20amp fuses

Hi,
I'm about to purchase a 2007 Sport Cub serial number 10 that had the electrical wiring modified in 2010. 3 20amp aviation style breakers were added to the panel on the lower right side. I understand they were having trouble with the fuse block and did the modification. Is this a standard fix to a known issue? I have a call into Cubcrafters...they sounded very busy on the recording so don't know if I will hear back. Any comments are appreciated!
