Bottom of Rib #8 Cover Question

Does the bottom side of rib #8 get the polyester reinforcement tap and rivets over the fabric. In my low resolution drawing, I think it shows that you install 4 rivets. 3 in the aft part of rib #8 and one behind the forward strut mount. Having one rivet with a short one inch reinforcement tape doesn't seem correct because the fabric is tight there.
A picture would be helpful.

Thanks for the pictures. I can see that you riveted the entire underside of rib #8.

Figure C9 shows only 3 rivets in rib #8 and C14 shows a tape over rib #8 just on the aft end. I assume from your post that these drawings are wrong.
