Do I need more chain links or any bushings to replace the AK 3 leaf spring to the T3? Will be using the Scott 3200

I'm considering the T3 and would appreciate if the above question were answered.

Also is there a weight gain over the 2 leafs or maybe a loss or neutral weight?
