Is the XCub equipped with something like the Saf-Air type quick-drain oil plug? If not, does anyone know if there's any limitation on installing one, and what the correct part number would be for clearances etc?

Yes, XCubs are equipped with a quick drain for the engine oil. All CC airplanes are.
