Elevator Jackscrew Bushing Hole size

On Page 106 of the Fuselage manual there is a requirement to drill a #12 (3/16") bit hole in the forward rudder post to hold the jackscrew (TC2538001) firm. The outside diameter of the Jackscrew Thrust bushing (SC82103-001) is at minimum 1/4 inch OD requiring a larger hole than #12 to be drilled to fit the bushing containing the AN3-12A bolt.
There is no suggestion that the earlier #12 drill size was a pilot. The best illustration is Photo 194 on page 106.
Is the #12 drill bit size incorrect or am I missing some instruction?

I seem to recall discussing a similar issue with Mitch some time back. Check the dropbox to make sure you've got the latest fuselage manual. They often revise the manual with no changes to the revision sheet which can be a bit misleading.

My version has the following text:
Install the jackscrew thrust bushing (SC82103-001) by
match drilling using a letter F drill bit. When the
jackscrew and thrust bearing are installed, there should
be no vertical movement in the jackscrew. The
jackscrew should rotate freely. Use Figure FS32 for
selection of the fasteners.

Thanks, that would work F drill bit is just over 1/4" at .257 inch.
