    Default Insuring my build project.

    Does anyone have insurance on their CC build project? My homeowners is not covering it.

    I don't know much about this but I think EAA used to have project insurance or knew who to contact..

    I believe most any broker could help you out. I used Falcon through USAA. There is a broker in the WA area that is very familiar with CubCrafters. Mitch could get you the name.

    I've done both of mine through Bob Haag (EAA) at Falcon as well. 800-880-4545 or bhaag@falconinsurance.com. If you get your regular flight insurance from them, they will transfer any remaining premium from your builders risk and apply it to your flight policy. Great to work with and great rates on both types.

    That’s the same route I went. EAA/Falcon during the build. $1200/yr @ $180k

    Thanks. My guy is trying to work with falcon and the person he is working with just doesn't have a clue what a carbon cub is. I will give my guy the names being bandied around and maybe I can get something done reasonably.. Thanks for the help..
