Wing strut attach possible crack

Looks like cracks to me. Doing a condition inspection. Don't have the dye pen inspection stuff to check it right here. One picture shows where I scraped the surface down and you can still see The offending mark. Anyone else see this before?

It looks to me like the builder used a sharp object to cut the fabric around the attach points. I would use a piece of 600 grit sand paper and polish it slightly to see if the mark disappears. Die penetrant would be the best, but I don't think that you are looking at cracks. If you want to be sure after polishing, use die penetrant.
