I see some forum areas/sections/threads that target a specific region of the country or world. How come some areas were left out?

I was kind of thinking that some builders might offer to let people stop by and observe or even lend a hand on their builds. Thought a good place to ask would be in that type of area. I guess one could simple see which of the forum members are located in their area, see if they are currently building a project, and PM them...

Anyway, it MAY be unnecessary to have areas for all regions, I suppose. Things (fly-ins/outs, meet ups, etc.) do happen w/o them.
