Wish I could do this every day.....
But one has to work.
Old Man River
No wind landings are 150ft at full fuel, takeoff is 175ft. 3400ft ASL, OAT of 22c. I dump the flaps on touch down and brake until it stops, tail then falls. I could brake harder sooner but it is tricky to not go to crazy....we know what could happen if you over brake. This is perfectly acceptable to me for every where I take it.
Take off I pull full flaps when it is ready, sometimes it is not quite ready when I pull, so I can't get it shorter. I hold brakes and add full power before release or use a rolling turn around. All numbers are much better with wind and half fuel. How does this compare to you guys.
