Methacrylate mixing tips

Does anyone have a reference for the correct mixing tips for the methacrylate adhesive?

I guess my work flow ended up with the adhesive hardening up before I'd finished and getting through a few more tips than planned. I've seen a few different tips on-line, so don't want to get the wrong mixing ratio.
