Do you guys think this would work ? The problem with Cubcrafters stick is the arrangement of the mic button. If you're not paying attention, you could inadvertently key the mic with out knowing it.

Just remember you have a rocker type trim switch on the top of the stick. I don't think you'll find yourself keying the mic by accident. I have seen a few people who have put custom grips on the sticks. They have all had built in switches on them that I've seen.

Its very difficult to unknowingly key the mic in these cubs. You feel it under your finger, hear it in the side tone, and see it on the Com radio screen if you happen to be looking.

Check out an old thread called "CNC stick grip". My stick grip is open at the top and protects the trim switch. You can rest your hand on top without touching the switch. Works great! Photos are attached to the thread. Jake
