If if you are able and willing to volunteer call jimmy below.

    It's Roundup time again!

First of all, thank you for your help in the past. Again, we are reaching out hat in hand asking for your support this year. Friday, April 22 will be the main arrival and practice day with Saturday being the competition day. Sunday is reserved for a rain day if needed.

The website is texasstolroundup.org and there is a link to our new Facebook page. A big (maybe even huge) turnout is expected based upon all of our available information. The sponsorship level has increased dramatically as you can see on the media pages. TWO HUGE PERKS for the volunteers that show and register as such will be your eligibility to win the Alaska fishing trip ($7000) and/or a HP Elite G1 Tablet ($1350). Please read the details on the website/Facebook.

As in years past, we need handhelds and golf carts. There will be hay trailers for people movers. The 'big tent' will be set up by the gun range this year and will serve as the briefing site and show center activities. Aircraft will be parked on either side of the tent with sponsor aircraft being nearest to it. More details on this later.

Please let me know if you will be able to participate. THANKS in advance!

    Texas STOL Roundup Camping/Parking

This year’s Texas STOL Roundup is going to have a record number of competitors and spectators, weather permitting. To accommodate the large turnout we are modifying parking/camping areas as shown on the event map below.

The camping area along 13/31 (marked in green) is for the exclusive parking of competitor and sponsor aircraft. Anyone can camp under the wings of the aircraft assuming the aircraft owner gives permission to do so.

The camping area along 17/35 (marked in yellow) is for non-competitor/spectator aircraft staying overnight. Anyone can camp under the wings of the aircraft assuming the aircraft owner gives permission to do so.

The visitor/transient aircraft parking area (marked in pink) is for parking aircraft flying in for just the day.

Transportation between the areas during the scheduled events will be provided.

    BRING YOUR OWN TIEDOWNS.
You can not leave your aircraft unattended unless it’s tied down.
