Customer Support Announcement – 4 September 2015

As part of CubCrafters’ ongoing commitment to support of our product long after the sale, we continue to expand our network of Authorized Service Centers. ASCs are your best resource for warranty work and service. These shops are carefully selected based on specific criteria, including experience, business presence, a clean record with the BBB, and sponsorship by a CubCrafters employee, dealer, or customer. Geographic location relative to the fleet is also a major consideration. Less tangible, but perhaps most important, we look for shops that share our passion for CubCrafters airplanes.

The long-term goal is to have an ASC within 100 flying miles of the majority of our domestic owners. This week, we took a long step in that direction. I am pleased to announce that we have expanded our ASC network by an additional 6 locations, bringing our total count to 36. This 20% increase represents an addition of roughly 157,000 square miles of coverage. In effect, this will bring an additional 30-40 owners within the desired 100 mile umbrella.
