Cub Crafters Hosting ELSA Repairman's Course Nov 6-7

CubCrafters will be hosting an E-LSA Light-Sport Repairman’s Course in Yakima, WA on November 6^th and 7^th. The course will be conducted by Mike Huffman with Sport Aviation Specialties. An evening arrival reception with beverages and hors d’oeuvres will be served at 6:30PM on Thursday, November 5th at the CubCrafters main factory. Lunch will be provided both Friday and Saturday. Course will begin Friday morning promptly at 8AM in the CubCrafters delivery hangar.

The maximum attendees allowed by the FAA are sixteen. For this reason, the course will first be open to CubCrafters owners only. If sixteen registrations are not reached within 30 days of the course start date, it will then be open to other attendees.

The course fee is $400.00 and registration is provided through Sport Aviation Specialties website. Most questions you may have can be answered on the website. If you have any additional questions specific to the course, you can contact Mike directly.

As of today, there are 11 folks signed up, leaving only 5 slots open. If you want one of the few remaining slots, get hot!

Also - if you have signed up and have not yet made your hotel reservations, I would encourage you to do so very soon. Hotels tend to stay full here in Yakima; it is not uncommon to have difficulty finding a room. We actually had a situation a few weeks ago where we reserved the last available room in the entire city for a customer.

WHAT A GREAT CLASS! It was great getting to meet all the other Carbon Cub owners, and the class was super informative yet fun! Our instructor was great.... patient and willing to answer all our questions... and I had allot of them!

Ive already made up my 'must have' list of tools, and can't wait to try out my new found knowledge on my Carbon Cub!

Great job organizing the event, Jon, and thanks to Max for helping out too! I would HIGHLY recommend any Carbon Cub owner to take this class, even if you don't want to do your own annual condition inspections.... it just gives that much more knowledge on our planes.
