Garmin GDU-375 Panel Security

Went to install an update today on the Garmin GDU-375 and the unit didn't seem secure. It was only being held in place by one of the 4 screws and it looks like the plastic corners on the back had cracked. Have to pull it out and see how to secure it since the plastic corners have broken off. Has anyone else had this happen?
(Note: Unit has never been removed since new.)

Update: 3 corners were cracked and the only corner being held by the screw had a stress crack. May want to check if you have this unit installed.
