30 PSI sounds like Goodyear's number but I bet lot's of people run less, espically with aircraft as light as the Carbon Cub.
Anyone else have an input???

I like lower pressure for softer landings, but if you go too low, esp in cold weather you run the risk of spinning the tire/tube on the wheel with moderate/heavy breaking which shears the valve stems. We found out that the hard way this winter, lol.

Get Bushwheels and run 4psi. My bush wheel work very nice at 4.5.jpg
I have been running 6 lbs in my 26 inch Bushwheels for over three years now and predominately on grass or off airport and love them but make sure you either stay off tarmac or if you are on tarmac then pump them up to 12lbs, dont use brakes and turn as lttle as possible or they wear VERY fast.
