Jim2.jpgMany thanks to Cub Crafters for building such a fantastic aircraft (my Sport Cub S2, #288). Thanks also to the pilot shop for providing the camera mount for my GoPro. (see attached).

Rick, it looks like you gave an IPad mounted in the cockpit in the lower left side of the panel? Can you tell me what bracket you are using? Possibly a couple close up pictures...
    Thanks,

Try the mount at this URL

    http://www.amazon.com/Arkon-Windshie...n+tablet+mount

I have it. Costs under $20. Attaches to sidewall via suction cup.

    regards, Carl

    Carl,
do you use that mount with a full size iPad? Or an iPad mini? Im just not sure there is room on the side for a full size iPad, no matter what mount is used…..

    Rick,

You are correct. The mini just fits. I fear the full size iPad would not work at all in that location.

"I find that the iPad mini is the perfect size. Got the mount from Sporty's. The regular iPad would be too bulky"

The Full size iPad (Air) works ok too with the suction cup mount. I use the iPad for both Airline Flying and the Cub. I'm
to tight to buy a mini just for the Cub. I really don't have any problem with the full size though. If it were just for the Cub I
    would get the Mini .
