    Default New Catto Composite Propeller

    New Catto Composite Propeller

Introducing the new fixed-pitch Catto Composite Propeller for S1 and S2 Sport Cubs! If you've been looking for a simple and lightweight alternative to the McCauley metal prop, this is the solution! Once you remove the McCauley and install the Catto prop, you'll have 11 extra pounds of empty weight! This could give you the margin needed to install the Performance Exhaust or bigger tires!

Check out Catto's website at www.cattoprops.com. We are offering the 43" pitch as the "all around" prop and the 42" as the "climb" prop. (Length is 72" for both props.) See propeller flight test data here: http://www.cubcraftersforums.com/for...mparison-Chart

    SP50005-001 Catto Prop $2050.00
    SC52003-007 Catto Spinner (painted) $350.00
    SC52010-001 Catto Spinner Backplate $250.00
    Total: $2650.00

The Catto prop is a direct replacement for the Sensenich Wood prop. If you are replacing a McCauley metal prop, you will also need these items:

    SC52001-001 Crush Plate $48.00
    SP56003-001 Prop bolts (set) $108.00
    Total: $2806.00

(Keeping the aircraft under the empty weight limit of 890# is the responsibility of the owner.)

    Thanks!

Its a great prop. Have flown behind several now. Lots of pull and definitely light weight as Becky says.

    Even this guy approves:
