Yes, I think that everyone just pays to send them to the next person. It obviously evens out in the end.

I would like to pass along one note about my experience using the forms. On the phone, Mitch told me that when one is finished the ribs should each show with a slight bulge on the skin. That is, the ribs should each be able to be seen as you look down the leading edge.

What I found is that if I tightened the wing nuts as tight as I could by hand and then tightened them ONE HALF TURN further with a wrench, I achieved the desired result above.

Others have said just finger tight is enough, so I think it is a function of your hand strength, but this was my experience.
