Wing build questions.

It shows that you have 2 in your lighting tote

The bolt grip on the strut blocks on front and rear spar do not go all the way through with the bolts supplied in the kit. The wing manual said you put a washer on the head side of the bolt. can you leave the washer off on the head side? Looks like there's a washer built in on the AN174 and up and An5 and up I think you have to always follow the drawings. Wayne
