    Default Turn Coordinator

My turn coordinator gave out after 4 years and 340 hrs. It is a Falcon model TC02E-3A-2 and shows it to be the one with 8 degrees tilt. Anyone know if it has to be that or can it be the vertical model?

The panel is tilted more than 8 degrees. I don't think you can get a turn coordinator calibrated for more than 8 degrees though.

This is the TC that came installed on the aircraft. Falcon lists the following models:
    TC02E-3-2 0 degree panel
TC02E-3A-2 8 degree panel (This was the one installed on my Sport Cub).
If CC installed this one with the 8 degree panel, is that the model that must be used or what would happen if the other were used? Is this still what is being used in current production aircraft?

Yours made it twice as many hours as one I have on a plane I service here, not serviceable, made in China, lots of comments possible but will be nice since it"s my first post.
