Valdez, AK trip

Cub travel....some days you fly, some days you stay in the hotel and watch Discovery Channel, lol.

Got to Prince George yesterday in great weather, but rain and low ceilings are keeping us grounded today Supposed to be better tomorrow. Next over night planned to be whitehorse.

Well that explains where you are! I came by to say hey today and couldn't find you! Enjoy the trip. I love Alaska. I lived there for 7 years and still call it home from time to time.

Jeff, I've been trying post photos but the new phone is not wanting to co operate. Unless I can get it figured out the pics will have to wait.

Jason, I should be back in roughly a week.

The weather looks much better today, white horse up the trench shouldn't be a problem.

Both planes have a Spot each. I think that link is probably Kyle and Kendra's in the C206. We are sticking together though. The 206 flys nice at 100kts with 1 notch of flaps, lol.

Made it to white horse, right at 7 hours in the air today. Time for a steak!

Next overnight stop, weather permitting will be Valdez.

Getting ready to leave whitehorse, should make Northway no problem but may not make Valdez today, going to see how the weather develops today...
