    There is a new section on the CC Owners Support web page that lists Light Sport Notification Bulletins. There are 3 listed.

    I have been having a hard time keeping the rear seat straps from slipping and Ethan (customer services) sent me this bulletin

    No wonder it was slipping I wasn't running the straps correctly so now I know!!! So Jon, your posting was appropriate and timely!
