SOME SAY....
....he was born in the valley across the far mountains..... as a mere "CUB". 'round about Yakima way.
Many a cub has come into existence in those fertile foothills.

But there were rumors cast around about a special cub....... one that was being transformed into a totally different looking beast.

No, this transformation was to be nothing as severe and awesome as his cousin "Scrappy"....but he always knew he would be different.......being the 4th offspring to make this trip and travel the same trails.

As always, his creator had other plans for him just as he had for all other 3 great Carbon Cubs that had come before him.
There was his oldest brother "ORANGE CRUSH". Then came along "BIG RED and "BLUEBIRD".

2 of these great creations came to settle in Arizona and the first one in California.

BUT FINALLY......after almost a year of excruciating diligence and detail, he has finally emerged onto the Great Plains to forever exists (for now).......
........ as "GRIZZLY".
