Not sure I have the terminology right but broke another of these small fitting, bracket, ? that holds the Jury strut to the main lift strut. Is anyone else having this issue?

Or I should saay the stud that is part of the bracket is breaking.
If it’s a early model they have upgraded jury strut attachment brackets. Call Jon Delemar at the factory he can help.

Make sure you have the Iglide plastic bearing slipped in place. That isolates vibrations.

Important is also not to over torque the nuts. The bottom should only be 28 in lbs and the top 40. You should be able to wiggle the jury struts by hand if correct. Here are 4 pages of the EX3 manual for installation of that part. I think it’s the same as the EX2 but you might want to confirm.

Those photos are correct for EX2/FX2/CC11. Not EX3/FX3 which has an additional tapered washer on top and bottom of the strut to account for the strut not being flat on top and bottom like the earlier models. (for the eye bolt install in the lift strut)
The jury strut installation is the same across all those models.
