Are we any closer to having the CC393i engine Certified for a Certified XCub yet? What's the status and is there any new ETA on certification?

    Hi Steve,

Yes, the engine itself is now fully certified, and the on-airframe certification is progressing. However, with Covid-19, affecting both ours and the FAA's operations, timelines are difficult to predict. Much of the FAA is working remotely, certification tests that would normally have to be witnessed in-person have to be done remotely, and coordinating with our vendors that normally support the certification effort is more difficult than usual.

That being said, we are hoping to have the 393i engine on the CC19 TC sometime in the 3rd or 4th quarter of 2020.
