What prop do you have on there now? And are you looking for more climb or speed?

Ha looking for both like everyone.... Prob more climb than speed... or somewhere inbetween . I think I had a 82- 44 boro prop on my last Piper cub... I think I heard of an 80 " with metal leading edge for the carbon cubs. I think I have the 78" on there now with some crapy clealr gaurd on the leading edge

Catto 80x50 with nickel leading edge is what CubCrafters puts on all their new Carbon Cubs now (except EX-3 and FX-3 which are constant speed). Great all around prop. I happen to have one for sale. Perfect condition and about 200 hours.

I would agree that the 80x50 is an excellent all-around prop for the O-340. I’ve had three different Catto props on my EX and consider this one the best for both short take-offs and good cruise speed. And it has a nickel leading edge.
