    Default Email Inquiry?

Is it normal not to respond to a customers email about your products? My email to Brad has gone unanswered for some time now.

I usually get a email reply within a day or so, but if not, I call by phone. In a world where people get a hundred emails or more per day. It is easy to overlook one.

They run pretty lean at CubCrafters so Brad is swamped. We just got off the phone with him while he was in an airplane somewhere over the middle of Nevada. For inquiries to Brad, you should copy terisha@cubcrafters.com, Brad's right hand person.
