Default WTB wing and fuselage rotator

Just ordered a CC kit and thought i'd see if anyone had one of these available used. I live in Idaho so would prefer something relatively close. Thx

How soon will you be needing this? I will have one, it will be out there a little. I heard the kits are out there awhile.

My kit slot is March 20th so will be starting the build around that timeframe. Do you need the rotators immediately or a little bit into the build? Thx

    Hi PropWash_ID,

I'm in North Idaho and no you don't need a rotator right away. Mitch told me not to mount the wings on the rotator until the skins are installed and by then they are almost ready for cover. I just got my wings to the point where they are ready for cover and I didn't use my rotator until I started the fuselage earlier this month.

I did by an aerocreeper (aerocreeper.com) which made it a lot easier for me to work on the bottom of the wings. It's a bit pricey but helped me a lot.

    Enjoy your build!

Glad to see you decided to go ahead and get one! The fun is about to begin.

I don’t use the rotator either until I do the fuselage and then use it on the wings to paint them. The wings are so light they are actually pretty easy just to flip back-and-forth on the sawhorses. I even got where I do it by myself by just laying them up on the leading edge and walking out to the center and slide down. But if you have a helper It’s very easy.

    PropWash_ID,

I have a Bogert rotator for sale. It is set up with fuselage and wing holders and ready to go.

I'm in MI, it can be shipped in several boxes.

I have the forward, aft and wing rotators as on the linked site.
