    Default Atlee Dodge Long Step

Has anyone installed this step on a Carbon Cub with 3x3 uncovered gear?

The Attlee step comes with clamps, should be an easy install. You just have to mount it at an angle to clear the forward step. That’s how I did it on my cub on cc 3” gear.

Are the clamps welded on to the step so it only fits at one height on the gear legs?

Clamps bolt to the step into pre-drilled holes that are counter bored into the corner. One could drill new custom holes if you wanted to, and counter bore so the head of the bolt and the bushing have a flat surface.

I made my own for about $45 bucks. Bought clamps from AL Dodge and alum angle on eBay

And my $40 engine cover that folds down to the size of a book and keeps engine warm at zero for over 2 hrs. Made from HD space blankets.
